Parent Conference 

Wednesday, April 4 & Thursday, April 5

Make sure that you schedule a parent conference with me for Wednesday and Thursday.  You will receive 3rd Quarter report cards!  

Creche Donations
Our school is collecting items to donate to the Creche, just like last semester.  Last semester, we collected  174 items!  The winning class will receive a movie and popcorn party, but remember we are not collecting items to win a party, but to "love our neighbors."  You can also send toys and clothes in good condition!

Here are some of the items we are collecting:

• beans

• rice

• sugar

• gel-alcohol

• tomato sauce

• crayons

• colored paper

• coloring books

• trash bags

• dish & floor towels

Science Fair


Last week, I passed out a sheet of paper for your child to use as labels for their science board. They must include the following sections on their foam board:

• Title (Completed in class)
• Purpose (Completed in class)
• Hypothesis (Completed in class)
• Procedure (Due Monday, April 10th)
• Results/Data (Needs a graph, photos, drawings, etc)
• Conclusion

Written Procedure Due

Written Report Due
6-9 Sentences describing (in your own words) what you learned from your science experiment.  HINT:  This paragraph can be very similar to the section of the printed page with your science project on it called, "What's Going On?"

Completed Science Boards Due


Thursday, April 19
Presentations - Group 1: AnAx, IM, TS, OJ, RA, EB, AlAl, CG
